
Ever So English Eton Mess
On today’s edition of Superfood Mondays, we have a recipe for an indulgent Ever So English Eton mess – it looks incredible and is layered with meringue, raspberries, blueberries, strawberries, vanilla ice cream cream and topped with a Cointreau cream and Chilli No. 5's Ever So English Hot Sauce
Equipment
- Mixing Dish (for whipped cream)
Ingrédients
- 1 box Meringues
- 1 box Fresh Strawberries, blueberries, raspberries
- 1 box Coconut full cream
- 1 bottle Chilli No.5 Ever So English
Instructions
- Keep coconut cream overnight in refrigerator to then whip with cointreau. Layer meringue, cream and berries in dish repeat
- Wash Strawberry, blueberry, raspberry and marinate in a touch of Cointreau cream.
- Layer meringue, cream and berries in dish and repeat
