What are the health benefits of Water?

There are a multitude of water benefits, not least of all that drinking water keeps us dehydrated, and without which, we can die. Our body is made up of 60% water, so if we don’t replace it when we sweat, it can significantly impair your physical performance. Dehydration can also impair many aspects of brain function as well as impair moods and memory.

Other water health benefits that can impact our daily lives is that drinking water can reduce headaches as well as help relieve constipation and in the treatment of kidney stones.
