Notes

Why is Okon om iyaki so healthy? Cabbage is a big part of this dinner-party classic. Cabbage contains an abundance of good proteins, calcium and vitamins and 70 percent of the daily requirement of vitamin C is contained in one large leaf of cabbage.

Cabbage has high levels of beta-carotene, lutein, and other heart-protective antioxidants. It also helps lower something called “oxidized” LDL, which is linked to hardening of the arteries. And since it eases inflammation, it can help prevent heart disease.

Like all our sauces Chilli No. 5 Chinese Hot & Sour contains antioxidant nutrients Brazilian Guarana, Peruvian Maca, Korean Ginseng, Inuline, Fenugreek and L-Arginine chosen for their natural health benefits.
