Made from the best mushrooms in the world and accompanied by the sought-after white truffle, Chilli No. 5 White Truffle is the chilli sauce for gourmets.

Taste the forest with our sauce created using Morilles, Girolles, Chanterelles, Cepes from the south of France, and Porcini mushrooms accompanied by both white and black truffles all sourced from the center of truffle country in Alba, deep in the Piedmont region of Italy. The smoothness and lightness in the sauce is perfected using a velvety XO brandy.

White Truffle luxury hot sauce will pair best with warming dishes like risotto, omelet, pasta, mashed potatoes, pizza, and any cheesy pasta!

Chilli No. 5 Chilli Pepper Mix (Chilli, Apple Cider Vinegar (Sulphides), Cane Sugar, Ginger, Garlic, Lemon Juice, Lime Juice, Agave Syrup, White Truffle, Black Truffle, Extra Virgin Olive Oil, White & Black Garlic, Mushrooms, Butter, MustardWater, Salt & Pepper.

Our truffles are sourced from the famous Piedmont forests of Alba in Italy. Our chefs attend the truffle festival and hand-pick the best truffles available for our gourmet chilli sauce. We will only make 50 100ml bottles of our vegan White Truffle hot sauce so please do not ponder.

We accompany the truffles with the best mushrooms in the world sourced from woods in the south of France – Morilles, Girolles, Chanterelles, Cepes as well as Porcini from Italy. We have balanced the sauce with ginger, white and black garlic, lemon juice, lime juice, and sweetened it slightly with vegan agave syrup and beautiful Italian virgin olive oil. For the final finish we use an XO cognac to add the smooth taste of France.
