Chilli No. 5 is set to add extra heat to the forthcoming Champagne & Oysters Cycling Club (COCC) charity bike ride from St Tropez to Monaco by hosting a lip-smacking BBQ at the event’s after-party on Sunday, May 5th.

The COCC charitable bike ride is celebrating its 10th anniversary this year and is hosting a celebratory after-party that is open to all, not just riders. The post-race party will be held at Slammers, 6 rue Suffren Reymond, Monaco, from 2:30 p.m. onwards.

The cyclists are anticipated to join the event from 5 p.m., following their 140-km scenic route from St. Tropez to Monaco.

In addition to the spicy BBQ, the post-race party will also include live music.

A wide range of delicious food will be on offer, all paired with Chilli No. 5’s lip-smacking range of award-winning hot sauces.

This year, the COCC bike ride will raise funds for two worthy causes: The Princess Charlene of Monaco Foundation, which aims to improve water safety for everyone through a range of educational programmes, and the UK-based My Name’5 Doddie Foundation, which is committed to funding research to find effective treatments for motor neuron disease.

The after-party provides the ideal opportunity to enjoy delicious food in a convivial setting and share in the camaraderie of the race, all while helping raise funds for good causes.

Street Party 2023

Last year, the COCC bike ride raised over 70,000 Euros for charity, and this year, organisers are hoping to smash their fundraising record.

“The COCC charity bike ride is always such a fun event, and more importantly, it helps raise money for very worthy causes,” said Chilli No. 5’s founder and COCC bike ride participant, Rumble Romagnoli. “Chilli No. 5 is delighted to host the post-race party with a delicious BBQ spiced up with our range of healthy hot sauces.”
